About Us

Texas Natural Resources (TNR) was formed to license, manage, own, develop, and operate renewably fueled primary energy infrastructure projects starting with an 18-pump offshore modular platform using SEADOG® Pump technology developed and owned by Independent Natural Resources, Inc. (INRI®).

In 2010, the company will launch by installing and operating the first offshore modular platform in the Gulf of Mexico at Freeport, Texas. Our installation schedule is aggressive, but we believe it is achievable due to the large amount of legwork already completed by INRI, a substantial shareholder of TNR. Renew Blue Inc. (RBI) is the licensing arm for SEADOG Pump technology in the Gulf of Mexico. Through INRI’s efforts, RBI has been issued the first-ever state waters offshore lease for the development of wave energy by the Texas General Land Office. RBI has also applied for permits and leasing through the City of Freeport and Army Corps of Engineers.

TNR Business Strategy

TNR’s goal is to strengthen our leadership in the renewable energy sector by commercializing SEADOG® Pump technology. In order to achieve this goal we are pursuing the following business strategies.

Offshore Modular Platform: Our initial strategy is to build and install our first offshore modular platform off the coast of Freeport, Texas. After 200 years and over 1,000 patents issued in the efforts to harness the oceans’ energy, the offshore modular platform will remove the taint of a failed industry. The Gulf of Mexico is uniquely suited to provide the proper environment for the project. Our field-of-dreams strategy will showcase the ability of SEADOG Pump technology to generate affordable primary or base load renewable energy. Initially this new source of renewable energy will be applied on the platform for all internal uses and to produce fresh water that meets World Health Organization standards using an environmentally friendly desalination process. Further, the offshore modular platform will begin the rebuilding and subsequent growth of post Hurricane Ike Texas Gulf Coast; home to some of the best beaches in America.

Multidisciplinary Revenue Streams: Using the offshore modular platform, we envision several revenue streams being created including, but not limited to; energy generation, water desalination, tourism, hospitality, and government subsidies and grants.

Renew Blue Production: Our brand name will be the first bottled water of its kind ever to offer 100% environmentally friendly produced bottled water with a minimum carbon footprint. TNR will incorporate technology from Nature Works, LLC to provide bottles and packaging made 100% from corn. We will use the offshore modular platform to create the water. The water will be transported from the certified offshore tank to a contract bottler where it will be processed and readied for sale/distribution. We plan to distribute four packs of this bottled water to politicians, business leaders, and policy makers’ worldwide. Each four-pack will include a USB storage device with a dynamic visual presentation about our breakthrough technology.

Proofing and Showcase: We will utilize this 18-pump offshore modular platform as a showcase marketing tool and the final proofing field to demonstrate the ability of the SEADOG Pump to potential customers from around the world. A three to twelve month operational time period is expected prior to expanding the field to a full-scale production facility.

Expansion: The pre-commercial activities for the SEADOG Pump were completed by INRI® and RBI which have licensed the technology, branded, and agreed to transfer the offshore modular platform permitting and leases to TNR. TNR has been granted exclusive first right of refusal to SEADOG Pump technology for the Freeport, Texas field. In addition, TNR has been granted similar rights for the following areas:

      1. Ireland
      2. Costa Rica
      3. The Canary Islands
      4. Kenya
      5. New Orleans, Louisiana, and the parish areas immediately surrounding it
      6. Additional locations where agreed upon by TNR and INRI

TNR, as the licensee, will provide the capital to manufacture, deploy, own, and operate the SEADOG Pump system, and remit to RBI fees and royalties for the rights to use the technology. In addition, INRI will provide design and consulting services in support of the SEADOG Pump system deployments.
